Vitali ham without the bone and sliced
This cold ham is produced with the thighs of heavy dairy pigs, matured for over 12 months on the high hill of Parma. The final product stands out for quality and safety and is suitable for those who love strong flavours and pleasant aromas. The excellence of the product is guaranteed by the skilled breeders able to provide quality animals thanks to nutrition and animal welfare and to a highly professional curing. When cut, the slices are compact, the lean part has a uniform red-pinkish colour and the fat part is milk white, an indication of the excellent quality.
