Rolled pancetta without rind
This bacon is the raw sausage of excellence, made from pork bellies, carefully chosen and defatted and the rind is removed. The seasoning is based on salt, spices, flavourings, E250; curing takes 10 days and then they are washed, dried carefully and placed inside a synthetic casing and lastly they are hand-tied with string and then matured in well-ventilated rooms. For lovers of spicy flavours, this product is also available with added pepper. The product has a cylindrical shape and a diameter of 10.5/11 cm and a length of 30/40 cm, for a weight varying between 3 and 5 kg, is characterised by the delicate, aromatic, pleasant and appetising fragrance, and for the striking contrast between the bright red colour of the lean part and the milk white fat part that ensures the smoothness of the slice after maturing. Available in these sizes: 3/5 kg unpacked whole bacon - in a vacuum packed slice from 0.5/1.5 kg.
