Prosciutto Collina

Cold ham made from pig thighs, carefully selected to obtain a product with a prevailing lean part. After the careful selection of the thighs, curing takes place with salt, E250, E252, followed by a period of rest and maturing. This procedure allows obtaining a product that, at the end of the process, which lasts around ten months, has a weight of about 7 kg, and when cut, the slice is pink with a preponderant lean part, the typical aroma and delicate and pleasant taste.
