Pork meat on the table will never betray and accompanies our meals from the appetisers to the last skewer. Let’s try a small tasting experience to discover all the flavours (and give you some advice).
Let’s start with a rich Italian antipasto with all cold cuts: ham, bacon, salami and ciccioli. And then on with the famous crescentine (also known as tigelle) that, in addition to being stuffed with cold cuts, can be enjoyed with a ‘pesto‘ made using a mixture of bacon, sausage and a sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Let’s start with the pasta dishes, a classic is gramigna with sausage (a short type of pasta with a unique flavour that should be part of a trio of pasta dishes) and then the famous tagliatelle with prosciutto (a true Bolognese speciality that will give you great satisfaction). But we can continue and try something new and tantalising like pennette with peppers and spicy sausage, something to discover and savour.
And what about following these delicious pasta dishes with tasty grilled meat? We are spoiled for choice: ribs, sausages, chops, bacon and especially flavoured pork skewers with vegetables. And the side dishes? For example, pea casserole with bacon, to end with an explosion of taste.
