The flavour of our cold cuts is unique, because the meat we process only comes from pigs that have breathed the air of the Apennines of Bologna and Modena. In fact, our sausage factory is in a popular area for the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese production, and it is precisely at the near these dairies that the heavy pigs, at the basis of our products, are bred.
And then the skilled hand of man who, thanks to the experience but also to the new technologies, transforms the raw material into prosciutto, salami, pancetta, coppa, sausage, ciccioli, lombo and bresaola. A treat for the palate made possible by the work of experienced breeders, breeding forerunners of pigs born and bred in our company in the name of animal welfare, by workers and master butchers, custodians of heritage skills and knowledge derived from the ancient art cold cuts, with the guarantee of the highest quality control and food safety.
